Decision

In every organization, Business, firms, and individual lives, success is traceable to decision making. How great your business will be may not sometime depend on your capital investment, but on your decisions.

The quality of your decision is what determines how outstanding you will be in life. Success in life has nothing to do with your background but a lot to do with decision-making. There is no advancement without decision-making. Decision deal with conclusion reach after a lot of consideration. It is the exercise of individual free will to take a profitable stand. Dan. 1:8-9.

"But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the kings meat, nor with the wine which he drank. Therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself. Now God had brought Daniel into favor and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs". (Dan. 1:8-9).

The divine hands back up every positive decision, you cannot stand for good and die being frustrated. "Because you hate iniquity and love righteousness I, the Lord will anoint your head with the oil of gladness and you shall be above your equal". So, the secret of Daniel's success is the kind of decision he makes. You don't need any person approval to decide for your life. If you fail in decision-making, you cannot easily cure the wound it will keep in your future.

If you do not make quality decision, men will decisive you. Decision is the catalyst that put you in the path of divine favour for the accomplishment of your vision. Your colour has nothing to do with your future, because God created you that way for a purpose. Your future is the product of your present decision. If you fail to decide today you will not enjoy God's provision tomorrow. Your decisions enhance your further productivity. "Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of eunuchs".

You were created to create, so don't accept defeat, and die at the bottom. That is not your portion. It is God's intention that you should be at the top, it's at the top that you enjoy His glorious provision. You can't be a decision maker and still suffer affliction of lack and want. There is no change until decision is made. The quality of your decision will guarantee how bright you will shine. The bible says, 'arise and shine for the light is come" it take decision for you to arise. No man takes action without first of all settling it in the mind (heart). We are discovering that all the world stars are great decision makers. How do we know this? The key to a great future starts from decision-making.

Show me a great man with great success, and I will point to you a man who has decision. Everyone that will ever think about achieving his aims in this world has a page to enroll in the department of decision-making.

Success is the product of decision-making, and your success is traceable to the quality of decision you make.

If you want your name to enter the history book, then take a costly decision because it takes a costly decision to attract expensive rewards.

PLACE OF MIND IN DECISION

Every powerful decision start from the mind the mind is a seat of conception. In every organization, business, or firm, there are always certain people set side for planning on how to move forward, how to improve standards. That is, the mind of that particular organization. It takes the mind of the organization for that organization to achieve her aims. That's why a lot of businessmen will take time to appoint this kind of people before they start their business. The same thing is happening to individuals. You have the mind; decision does not come from outside, but inside which is your mind. As "He thinketh in his heart, so is he." (Proverb 23:7)

Men with positive mind-set always take quality decision. Such men rule the world. Your mind is Like a computer that has a lot of virtues. Anything you put into computer is what it will give You. Your whole body will be empty if your mind is empty. Redemption makes you a supper-loaded man, too loaded to fail and to be stranded! But the issue is, our personal connection to God will help us draw virtue out of our resources in Christ. (Romans 12:12.)

"And be not confirmed to this world, but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable, and perfect will of God". (Romans 12:12.)

Anything God allow your mind to see, He can also allow your hand to touch, and by touching, you can get it.

Any stagnant water that does not flow for some time, stinks, though such water contributed to the society but of little, because it has loss part of its usage by not flowing. It will only help in evaporation, and cooling of environment. Unproductive mind is like stagnant water. It takes the renewing of your mind for your world to be renewed. When your mind is not renewed, good thing will be too far from you, salvation for instance have something to do with your mind.

"For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation", the cheapest way to discover God is to decide in your mind. The bible says "for whom can see the mind of Christ" for we have the mind of Christ". (Romans 10:10.)

Every self-discovery is destiny redeemed. Any decision that does not involve the mind is not a decision.

EFFECTIVENESS OF PESONAL DECISION:

You have a roll to play in everything in life. The world has contributed enough to make you what you are. It is your turn to stand out as a product of God. The whole world is waiting for your own contribution which other will begin to benefit from. Personal decision is the cheapest way to get to your destiny. So, self-decision is the vital key to self-approving. To be talented is not enough. You need to be refined, because raw talent will only attract raw deal or result. For example, No matter how a nation is blessed with mineral resources, until it is refine you cannot get the genuine value for it.

Therefore, it is not enough to be talented, you must know what is takes to refine the talent and get full value of it. Personal decision leads to self-improvement. Self-improvement makes your talent to yield maximum result. It is your result that will attract people to you. If you want to be a star then let people see your endowment. This can only be done when you accept the place of self-improvement.

You must then know what to do, in order to Refine it and get the best value for it. Self improvement is like a training you give to your Self, either formal or informal. But it is important if you must yield maximum result. (Genesis 14:14.)

"And when Abram heard that his brother was take captive, he armed his train servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued then unto Dan and he divided himself against them, he and his servant, by night is on the lift hand of Damascus. And brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother lot, and his good and the woman also and the people". . (Genesis 14:14.)

From the beginning, self development has seen our fathers won the war through self-development. Imagine a well-trained man coming against an un-train army. Abram defeated them because he was well trained.

A time used in training is not wasted. it is personal investment. And everything that is well invested will bring a turn over.

When he heard that his brother, Lot was taken captive he armed "his trained servants" that were born in his house, and he pursued the enemy until he overtook them and deliver his brother and all his goods. Lack of training rubs you of your right in the kingdom. There are many kings, which the enemy is till taking advantage of, because of lack of self-training. What you don't know is the only thing you will suffers. But the day you get access to the secret of that thing, it becomes your slave.

DECISION SECRETS FOR ORGNIZATIONAL GROWTH

Since we are in the world of specialization, we should not forget the place of organizational decision by which it attract maximum output to the endeavors in life. Decision in this aspect is a point in which organization come to a place of self-productivity.

Organization with other people will go along way in determining the timing and extent of your success. Carefully chose the people who will assist you and work with you in your endeavors. Organizational success is faster and easier only When Decision makers carefully assemble and Nurture the team.

Organization alone cannot make success possible; neither will it yield much as expected unless effective training is applied. (Mark 3:13-14.)

"And he goes up to the mountain, and called unto him whom he would, and they came unto him, and he ordained twelve that they should be with him, and that he might sent them forth to preach". . (Mark 3:13-14.)

Ordained twelve, HE wanted to form a firm, for him to have a successful work done, he has to apply training. For a productive organization, he took time to nurture his disciples before sending them forth. This is a must if you will not crash your destiny. Information you gain through training can terminate all your difficulties and frustrations in life. Everything of value is being attached to a price. It is possible to get them if you will only decide to pay the price.

God has everything for you but it takes your effort to locate them through training. Training is digging around your talent. and applying the necessary manure, so that its can grow and produce fruits. In this case of disciples, they had the best inside but could not bring it out until training was applied. Immediately after the training, the master sent then forth for manifestation. And everybody was ready and eager to see and hear from them because they were well trained. In your own area of interest decide to be knowledgeable as possible. It is time to become expert in your field of interest.

INDICATOR

How do you know that you have made an important decision? You will like to know! I am sure, because I have discovered that what consumes your time, money, and attention most, is the inability to indicate who you are, Where you are from, And where you are going, "For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh but they that are after the spirit the things of the spirit," for to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace." (Rom. 8:5-6.)

You will know this by your day-to-day output. A carnal man is not a creative or productive man. Carnality is the enemy of productivity. All about productivity is related to the intellect, and intellectuality is the ability of the mind to reason with the creator, to acquire knowledge. So, men who are productive are those who put their mind to work by rationally reasoning with the creator. It is only God that can help us to arrive at the best decision. He Does not change his rules because you are Feeling good or bad. God is intentional. It is Not your feeling that determines what Happen, but your decision. The Mind is the base for Creation. Until you create in your mind, it can't be seen in your hand. Your increase, advancement, and creativity start from the mind before your physical eye can see it. Let the eye of your mind see well, if you want your production to be perfect. A blind mind is unproductive mind (2Cor. 4:3-4).

"But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to then that are lost". In whom the god of his world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them" (2Cor. 4:3-4).

A blind mind guarantee a blind destiny. Look at this when we talk about the light of the gospel, we are talking about sudden light that bring change to our world. For Instance, there was a small village without light for a long time after they had received the gospel, the idea of that village to be electrified, and we called it development. The gospels when lightens upon your mind bring development to your world. We start talking about development because darkness has disappeared. A creative mind is known by causing attractiveness until you receive the light that make one creative; you can't cause attraction in the world.

KNOW YOURSELF

A true knowledge about yourself make you a star, discovering who you are, is a vital key to get to the top

"That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the spirit is spirit".( John 3:6.)

The very day you are born again, you are not of the flesh. Enough of living in the flesh. You are born of the spirit and when you discover this, it gives you access to some spiritual benefit. When you see yourself as a spiritual being, you make the devil a fool of himself. In every of your endeavor, weeping and worry is not the answer. Just see yourself as somebody in the hand of a creator. The bible said, "For God is spirit and they that worship him should worship him in the spirit and truth".

You are a spirit being because you are born of God. In this case creativity belongs to spiritual minded men which you are one of them. No self-pity can produce anything tangible; give pity to the devi, and cloth yourself with God's image, which is the original image for productivity.

You are a spiritual personality, a product of God's hand. He spent time to make you beautiful and equipped you with all it takes for you to be accepted and counted among the inventors. You cannot die without laying a legacy on earth. You were made in order to live an enviable Christian life

"And the man was great and went forward, and grew until he became very great for he had possession of flocks and possession of herds, and great store of servants and the Philistine envied him." (. Gen. 26:13-14.)

It is your discovery that will cause men to envy you. Uncommon, intellectual ability cause special envy, even among the angels. Know that you came from the kingdom of inventors, you can't fail. Even though you fail try again you will automatically make it. Your uniqueness in life is determined by where your source. So everything that happen to you is traceable to the kind of information you have.

INFORMATION PACKAGE

There is no substitute to information, it has been packaged and released to transform life. Any information that does not upgrade your entire being is not worthy to receive. Before any package of information come your way, make sure that you really know who is behind it. When you rightly meditate upon information, it gives you access to hidden things and brings transformation. Life deterioration is cause by lack of right information. Why depression and rejections? A mind that is not filled with information does not have decision that is why he is confused at all time. Roman 12:12 says

"And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect, will of God."

The only way to be outstanding is to acquire enough information that will keep you flowing. The dignity of a man that was lost can only be restored through information. Slavery is for those who don't have access to right information. Any time a man is informed about his right, from that particular day, he will be set free. A man is judged by the word of his mouth. It takes the kind information you receive for you to speak positively. Many spent their time thinking about death, because of the sickness they pass through or one thing of the other. Why? They lack the proper understanding that sickness cannot destroy a man of the spirits. A man says 'when you are not informed you will be deformed'. If you don't want to decline In your business, career, ministries, and organization make sure that you get enough information. To every successful man there is a place of information in his life. The reason a lot of people do not speak light is that they have not received light. If you are feeding with life, you will live to spread life all around.

"... Out of thy belly shall flow the river of the living waters". So when you have life giving information, there is that guarantee that you will give out life to others. Look at the life of Jesus when he was here on earth. Anywhere he went people were embracing him because his word was addition to their lives. Even the Pharisees were happy to listened to him when he spoke. All this happen as the result of what He carried inside of him. Every man is the product of his indwelling ability.

People are scared from you because you have nothing to offer them. It is time for you to speak life.

Information can be made available through meditation on the word of God. When the word of God comes into your life, there should be room to embrace it. Meditation is one of the way in which God's word can be seen in your life.. The word of God has solution to every question in life. Now what is your question? Did you have any? The answer is located in the word of God. Meditate enough on the word of God if you want to solve enough of the problem. Joshua 1:8. says

"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shall mediate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein, for then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success".

The cheapest way to get good success is to embrassed the word of God. Success does not come from earthly connection but every enviable successor is made by the word. Meditation pays in time of lack. Jesus answer and saith "It is written that Man shall not live by bread alone but by Every word that proceed out of the mouth of the Lord". He didn't carry the bible but through meditation he quickly response and give the devil his place. Confusion is far from a man that is equipped with the word of God. When you meditate, you will easily locate a right way at a right time. Every productive idea is gotten in the place of meditation. When you meditate on the particular information you get from the word of God, you are automatically possess with the word. You may not read the bible only to get transformation, Christian novel also is one of the means of implication, you can't know the way until you follow them, you can't became like them. Men who don't follow always make themselves victim of circumstance. Your own field is not too different, there are people who succeeded in that same field of yours so pattern yourself. Anything you learn from others will make you a star in your own field of specialization.

"In the first year of his reign, I Daniel understood by books the number of years where of the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet that he will accomplished seventy years in the desolation of Jerusalem". (Dan. 9:2).

You don't know enough until you make reference to others, a man become wiser when he search for what he did not know. Every successful rulers is a successful reader. Leaders are readers. The level of your understanding is determines by how accomplished you will be on your throne. When you stop reading, you start dying. No information gathered is wasted. Every successful life is the product of information, if you don't need it today, tomorrow you will look for it.
