Jim Fairbairn is Managing Director of Clyde Bergemann Limited; a Glasgow based Mechanical Engineering Company designing efficiency systems for heat exchanger equipment worldwide. Jim has a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Strathclyde University and an MBA from Loughborough University. He is Chair of the Glasgow Employer Coalition, a member of the International Business Committee of the Scottish Council for Development and Industry and is an Executive Committee member of Scottish Engineering. In his spare time Jim is fascinated by 'what makes the difference' and is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP) and a qualified NLP coach.
