Book Excerpt

Quip 3.

Liberalism was "chosen" by many, because they believed it would cloak their aversion to commitment and responsibility to others nearby. Hiding behind their newly found "philosophy", they could now seek personal adventures only, to find life's rewards.

They took the wrong road.

Quip 4.

There was a time when most of us could easily ascertain the true character of charlatans.

What was once a given, has now become a lost art.

Quip 5.

Liberalism is a lot like professional wrestling. Many of us suspect it is fakery but are reluctant to say so because so many seem to be enjoying the "performance".

Quip 6.

It is not that liberals have found the "truth"; it is that they have not. And therefore, they have to "create" it!

Quip 20.

In past times, "brilliance" was something that needed some kind of verification, at least to the more inquiring amongst us. Today, such praise is heaped upon the least qualified to deserve it, making some of us wonder: If the myth were exposed, would it render great psychological harm on those who suspected all along that it was a sham, yet one that they could not live without?

Quip 26.

The phrase "do your own thing, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone" did not disappear after the sixties. It took up residence and prospered in the "new culture".

And the harm and misery that was heaped on others along the way---is beyond measure!

Quip 29.

Is it not true, that courage usually comes from those who have been dismissed by some, as "culturally irrelevant"? And does it not always seem to spring from lives of simplicity and honesty, and not from the parlors of the self-absorbed?

Quip 35.

Conveniently, the sneering about the NASCAR-watching, country music-loving "cowboys" stops just before election time, in order for (liberal) politicians to express their new-found appreciation for those whose blood embodies all that they lack, and who will render their own lives historically insignificant by comparison.

Quip 36.

Liberals are life-challenged. They know not what they search for, yet they are sure that it is not in front of them. To consider that a great part of it was passed down to them by previous generations is---unthinkable!

Hence their misery is assured!

Quip 37.

Those who believe that our enemies are "misunderstood"- might want to consider a personal visit to them, in order to get things--- "cleared up".

They WOULD be!

Quip 44.

Liberal "morality" is almost totally in the abstract, but not entirely. On one hand, it is amenable to many different "interpretations", while on the other hand, it is perfectly clear on the denial of the right to be born.

This form of "clarity" exposes the most uncaring amongst us, and is our national shame!

Quip 57.

It seems to be a pattern (notable exceptions notwithstanding), that northern (liberal) naivete and fecklessness often garners danger, and southern concepts of honor and courage get us out.

It's enough to make one consider following the geese next fall.

Quip 64.

The best form of health care is one that insures that you will be alive in order to meet your deductible.

Quip 78.

Up until now, liberal political strategists had an easy task. They could float their "positions" around like water bubbles, knowing that many would support them as long as there was an element of "get even-ism" in them.

Since the attack, this has become a more difficult task, namely one of convincing us that the club that is poised above our heads is simply in our imaginations.

Imagine if they are wrong!
